“Bar works. My 2 inch rogue clamps fit on it just fine. The knurling however is too rough. Had I known this beforehand I may have chosen differently. Also needs better packaging. Box was destroyed by the time it got to my house and I was surprised the bar was not damaged.”

“Great for the triceps. Being able to do a close-grip bench press with a neutral grip allows for way less stress on my wrists which are a weakpoint for me. Skull crushers are also great with this. I also found it to be excellent in isolating the biceps because the angle you hold it takes the brachialis (mostly) out of the equation. The bar is very well made and super easy to load/unload. The knurling is on the aggressive side (compared to my other bars and dumbells) without being brutal and I love it as it provides lots of grip.”
