Perfect grip to add to any bar in order to change up your workout. You get a great forearm pump and bicep blast. Good cheap addition to any workout package.

I have very weak grip and I'm slowly bringing it up with these fat grips on my pull up bar and trap bar and I also do some accessory work on a short axle bar, hangs and heavy kettlebell swings. I've seen people on the internet say fat grips are good for your joints on presses too but it just makes pressing feel unstable to me. But these definitely strengthen your grip.

I absolutely love these bar grips. Mainly use them for pull ups. Can definitely tell a difference in grip strength in a matter of a couple weeks.

Great product. I looked at more expensive versions, and there’s no reason to pay double the money when these are nearly identical. Highly recommend for building Popeye forearms!
