“This is 100x better than the mini jack. The whole bar moves at once so you don't have issues with one side rolling away like you do with the mini jack. This also really saves your back when you are doing high volume with many different weights. Changing the bar several times over 315lbs gets very tiring and puts a strain on the muscles you want to save for deadlifting itself. People complain this is a bulky piece of equipment, but it hangs easily on the wall and is up and out of the way. Get this.”

“Nice, Sturdy n stable in loading and unloading either the bar or the weights on and off the bar. Im a competitor in powerlifting and bodybuilding and theres some heavy loads going onto this thing and its effortless. A true staple to be in any home or gym. @ellisjoshuam-instagram”
