“The last gym I went to had these and they made my life so much better and easier, so when I set up a home gym I knew I had to have one! This works great! It's a simple thing, but it makes my workouts more enjoyable and means I am not spending unnecessary effort on just putting the weights on the bar and can focus on my lift!”

“For years I have been straining trying to get plates on the bar for deadlifts and cleans, tiring myself out trying to lift the bar with one arm and stuff the weight on with the other. The jack is high quality and lists the bar end just high enough to get plates on easily. It is incredibly sturdy and has plenty of leverage even when using high amounts of weight to lift the bar without too must effort. My only complaint is that I didn't buy one sooner.”

“It's a mini jack, has plastic to protect the bar, it works, it's all right. On the heavy side for its size. There's some loose blasting media rattling inside, but no hole to spill out of, so not a problem.”
