The Upright Farmers Walk Handles set the bar for strongman and endurance training. The exclusive vertical post and adjustable handle design let you train by customizing your preference. The two-height adjustable handle allows you to switch between 8-in. - the same as a hex deadlift bar and 16-in. - traditional Farmers' Walk Handle height. The vertical weight posts enable you to load more weight than conventional Farmers' Walk Handles and protect your plates by keeping them from hitting the ground if dropped.

“These farmers walk handles are perfect! They have coarse but comfortable knurling. This is especially helpful as the weight increases. The top loading aspect is what we desired for our gym. Easy on, easy off. The bottom skids help to prevent tearingour lane carpet. I highly recommend these handles for both use and value.”

“Moved up from torpedo style handles where the plates are inline. These are a huge step up, and the overall quality is solid. I’ve loaded 250 per handle with no issues.”
