I don't have a lot of space and was looking for a 5ft barbell that fits my rack. This barbell fit perfectly and still has lots of space to put on enough plates for my training. There is no weight capacity listed for the barbell but I was told my the sales rep that the barbell will take many nearly 3X the capacity that I need. When I received the bar, I am confident that it will take the load with no problems. This barbell is basically a metal pipe with collars welded on. The grip is also 2-in thick. Take a little getting used to but working out with a thicker grip has its benefits.

I got this bar in November and I mainly purchased it for my landmine. That is not where it ends up most of the time. I use it for benching, shoulder presses, rows and curls. I absolutely love it the only thing that could make it better would be if it had markings on it.

Great bar! My grip strength has improved and I love how versatile it is. I still can’t find a curl bar anywhere because of COVID but this has been a great substitute! Also great for deadlift and landline work. Definitely worth the cost. It won’t disappoint!

Great bar. The 5' bar is great for accessory work. Even the shorter sleeves can be loaded up with some decent weight. If you think you want it..you do. Wish the 84' bar was in stock too.
