“What more could you want. It was very cheap and as expected upon arrival. It's a hollow bar, so I typically put on change plates to make it start off at 45lbs when I use it for any lifts. I've used this in a few ways, bench press, overhead press/push press, deadlifts, and bent-over row. It's unbelievable that all other bars like this cost so much more. If you want your forearms and grip to get a workout, add it to your cart and purchase!”

“This bar is a good length and seems very sturdy. The only negatives are the lack of grip marks like pretty much every bar has and the fact that it is a little too light. Loading a 45 on one side can make the other end raise up on some racks, which is dangerous. More weight would alleviate this problem.”

“Must have for any push or pull work! It does suck that there are no marks for grip placement, but it's a solid bar and it definitely humbles your lifts. Less expensive than the competition for suuuure!”
