I bought a apollans axle from Iron mind 300 bucks and sold it. When I wanted to replace it I bought this bar and won't go back. You can't beat 63 bucks for this bar its litterally the same thing as ironminds a 2 inch piece of steel pipe. My only complaint would be I wish it had markers however you can do yourself. So not a huge deal.

Good purchase. Powdercoat little slick & typical inconsistencies many of us expect from titan. Put some chalk on and just pick it up

I bought this to train my grip strength in deadlifts, but also to use it as a macebell. The large diameter definitely added some complexity to deadlifts. I started out wanting to do 5 sets of 10 reps with 210lbs. That would be easy on a normal barbell. I could only get about 5 reps before my grip started giving out. I’ve got big hands too. I ended up dropping the weight to 160 lbs. and still had to reset my grip on each rep after the 7th until I hit my 10 reps for the set. This was great for me. I enjoyed the challenge. I know my grip will get better with this bar. I haven’t gotten around to swinging it like a mace yet, but it’s on my list. I’ll probably throw 5 lbs on one end to start. I’ve never done macebell training so it should be fun. The quality of the welds and the finish of this product are both nice. I’m happy with the purchase.

Overall a good bar the price is right and the build quaility is soild. The box was a little beat up upon arrival but the bar was unscathed. It fits perfectly on my Rouge squat rack and the cheap collars I have in my home gym. This bar adds good variety and challages to workouts. I am planning on add some marks to the bar to help with hand placement in the future.
