Rackable Camber Bar Reviews

The Rackable Cambered Bar, a specialized Olympic barbell, is designed to alleviate wrist and shoulder strain, providing an extra boost of explosiveness in the posterior chain. As your weightlifting intensity increases, traditional barbells may cause shoulder discomfort. Beneficial for both beginners and enthusiasts, this cambered bar features a fully welded design with an 18-in. cambered drop for the weight sleeves, stabilizing your center of gravity and enhancing exercise safety. Whether used in bench presses, box squats, or good mornings, the hands rest on the upper part of the barbell, while the weight plates sit lower than a traditional barbell. This enhances traditional techniques, refines your physique, and introduces a unique stimulus to your workout.

Very solid bar. Great for good mornings and squats. Very heavy but that’s a good thing. Can’t beat it for the price.

If you want to improve your posterior chain and tightness within your squat movement pattern, this is for you. It is incredibly high quality and an absolute tank (hence the name). One flaw is the lack of center knurling, which can easily be remedied with a bit of athlete's tape. For under $200, it's a huge win!
