“The only way I found to have the ability to adjust my farmers walk weights, when I have a basement full of standard plates and no desire go the homemade route. The handles work fine for the average at home shmoe.”

“These farmer carry handles are great for what they are. Just make sure to pay attention to the size as I failed to realize these were for weights with a 1” diameter. The welding on the arms are not the best but they will work. Cheap price and functional.”
