“Great Hammer! I love that it is compact and loadable. Nice change-up for a grip workout variation. I use it in between sets to compliment other grip-related lifts. Looks great and it is affordable.”

“It’s nice to have multi purpose equipment in a small space like a tractor trailer. Right now I have it filled with sand and I have 7 exercises I do while walking my dog just before bed. Eventually I will fill it with BBs and later with lead shot. Tip: use duct tape as a washer between the cap and the top of the hammer to keep dust from leaking out.”

“Empty weight is 7.4 lbs. There was a small amount of shavings inside the hammer which I was able to shake out. The handle is quite girthy. The screws in the cap are flush so that the hammer lays flat. This is a much more economical alternative to other similar hammers.”
