This saves so much space not having to get a cambered bar, which takes up a tom of space and definitely wouldn’t fit on my gun rack. It’s easy to attach and works just like a fully cambered bar despite being so small and really easy to store . Awesome for my box squats, love it. Also arrived quickly and well packaged.

I use it on my axle bar which is great for different type of exercises. Awesome addition to my home gym.

The swivel of the barbel collars with the attachments takes some getting used to. I like it for the stability training with it.

These are my favorite bar attachment by far. You can tighten them onto a 6' axle bar for squats and have a more comfortable place to put your hands. You can also use them loose on a bench press, OHP, curl, or regular barbell squat and strengthen more stability muscles like an earthquake bar because it makes the weight swing. Highly recommended, they take up little room and can be used on any bar with 2" sleeves.
