Take your landmine workout to the next level with the 26-inch Hammer Sleeve Attachment from Titan Fitness. This versatile attachment allows you to perform a multitude of unilateral movements which activates more core muscles than bilateral movements. The extension length not only increases difficulty but also allows you more room to perform single leg RDL's without running into your weight. The typical 2-inch barbell sleeve can be hard to get a grip on so we designed this attachment with a 33 mm bar for a more secure grip.

“Packaging was great, shipping was fast, and this was exactly what I was looking for at half the cost of others. Now the Titan logo on this is just a sticker, (a cheap one at that) and can easily just peel off, but the quality of the peice is great! Great bang for the buck! I was skeptical at the sleeve length at first, wondering if that along with the little plastic screw would hold good, but it holds great! And no you do not have to use anything other than your hand strength tightning it down. This is a very versitle piece, and its worth the price. The only draw back is like other landmine attachments this will mark your bar up screwing in and out. I bought a cheap olympic bar to use specifically for this purpose. If you are OCD about that, the pass on landmine attachments. All in all this is a tank and is a work horse for a great price!”
