“I've actually grown to like this bar quite a bit, though it didn't start that way. The angle of the handles is just a little unconfortable for my build and natural bar path. However, once I figured out the exact hand placement and a new, more powerlifting-style bar path, I love benching with it. The pec and tricep pumps are fantastic, and the load isn't too far off from my standard bench. The only issue is that the handle angles still put a bit of unwanted pressure on my pec minors and AC joints.”
“This is one of three bars I bought to bench with. I got the two multigrip bars also and of the three this is the best one by far because of the angle of the handles makes it feel more natural... plus it makes reverse grip bench feel good”
“This is a big piece of gear. It is solid. I normally do straight bar bench presses but I wanted something to simulate the angle of using dumbells. The 25-degree angle was exactly what I was looking for. I didn't want or need multiple grips and the ones that were angled, I felt were not enough of an angle for me. This fits my T3 rack perfectly. It isn't perfectly balanced, tips a bit forward and I know I could fix that, but all you have to do is adjust your grip a bit and it balances fine. Fit and finish are what you would expect on a bar at this price, not pretty and shiny, but yes look at this price. Titan has other bars with more features that cost more money so buy what fits your needs. But this is worth it for me. I don't need flash bang, just stuff that works.”
“I wanted to use this as an alternative to the multi grip bar. I tried it with the over hand grip and it felt pretty good. When I flipped the bar around and used an underhand grip I was like WOW complete game changer. Excellent contraction of the chest!!!”
“I have a few different kinds of swiss bars, the one from your company feels very stable and I like the knurling on the bar, highly recommend it for any athlete or someone trying to keep their shoulders healthy.”
