The Rackable Strongman Log Bars are essential for your strongman routine, allowing you to test your strength and engage your leg muscles, posterior chain, back, and shoulders. “I'd say it works more like an overhead multi grip bar. It's still a log but it doesn't clean as easy as the 10'' or 12'' It's great for training, the handle spacing feels great on the shoulders and it takes up less space than the other sizes.”

“Love it. An affordable and sturdy piece of equipment that has motivated me beyond my normal routine. The 2” load bar seems to be a touch skinny bc my clips don’t lock down tight on it compared to my Olympic bar. The rackable part is nice but it does mean the weights aren’t hugging the log which makes them rattle. The rogue one is out of an average budget. I’m happy to be a titan! Working on the unique technique but really enjoy how it feels.”

“I like it but the sleaves are too narrow for my clamps. Iv managed to make it work but it would have been nice to not have to make modifications.”
