Transform your core, shoulder, and grip strength by adding the 10 LB Steel Club as a part of your general conditioning routine. With each swing and squat, your body will be challenged to its core, amplifying your strength and resilience. Our Indian Clubs feature a solid steel core with a rounded grip knob, a long smooth handle, and a wide barrel with a flat base. Club routines are designed to take your functional stability to new heights while strengthening your forearms and grip. Witness your rotational core power soar to incredible levels as you surpass your limitations with full-body movements that leave you feeling invincible. Unlock a range of exercises that will leave you breathless and craving more. From two-handed front press squats to shouldered squats, front presses, side-shouldered squats, side presses, and beyond, there is no shortage of challenging options. With six different sizes, you'll find the perfect match to suit your unique needs and aspirations.

I wasn't familiar with Titan Fitness before ordering. The quality of the 5lb and 10lb clubs seems on par with products made by other companies. With a good price and free shipping it was a good decision to order from Titan.
