Lighter and more compact than the original Marrs-Bar™, the Marrs-Bar™ Lite delivers the same squat support in a smaller package, perfect for smaller lifters and anyone tight on space.
Built with a 45-degree drop, this bar mimics a low bar squat to eliminate strain and lock in stability. By stabilizing your center of gravity, it minimizes stress on your knees and spine so you can keep squatting pain-free.
Removable high-density padding supports both front and back-loaded moves while protecting your neck and shoulders.
Pack up to 400 LB of Olympic weight plates onto your bar. The Marrs-Bar Lite features grooved, hard chrome weight sleeves with 12.5" of loadable length–and has 43mm grip handles for steady control through every rep.

I’m loving my Marrs bar so far. I did g the stability it provides, especially in the hole. I feel like I added 5 additional lbs that I wouldn’t have on my last session.

Marrs literally has put me back in the game. I like doing the low-bar squat but my shoulders kept me awake at night due to lack of flexibility and years of overuse and injury. It allows me to get into the low bar squat position. Its max loading is 400 Lbs. This works fine for me as I will probably never surpass that weight. I also like the bar weighs 35 pounds as it is easy to move around the rack compared to the original Marrs bar which is much heavier.

I purchased the Marrs bar after researching my options. 3.5 months after surgery to repair a complete tear of my supraspinatus tendon (top of rotator cuff) surgery and could not hold a bar on my back for a low back bar squat due to pain. I purchased this bar and it is perfect. The weights sit on my back at the right spot (or maybe a little lower than a normal low back squat). I have started working my way back up. This bar has a load limit of 400 lbs but that's ok for me. Before my surgery, I was only at a 280 pound squat for a set of 5 across.
