The KG Elite Competition Black Bumper Plates are offered in pairs for the 10-kilogram plates and are sold individually in 15, 20, and 25-kilograms. Additionally, we offer a 140 KG full set. Each plate features a 50.6 mm steel-lined center hole, which fits Olympic size barbells and will maintain their shape in between uses. The 10 KG plate is 35mm thick to increase durability, while the 25 KG plate is 65mm thick. These competition bumper plates are durable, made from rubber over a steel core, and are ideal for anyone serious about Olympic lifting.

“I received plates in time, no damage. The plates look very nice, they give out rubber smell in the first few days, but then it goes away.”

“I wanted to start getting some competition style/ Elite Plates. KG’a were a good choice it does have the LB conversion right on it. There is practically no bounce. They are kinda loud when you drop them. i have horse stall mats in my garage.”

“great deal and they work fine - sort of - they do not fit on my olympic bars very easily - I gotta shimmy them on - not sure if that is a plate issue or a bar issue - this is why 3 stars”
