“Plates arrived in terrible condition, deep scuffs in multiple spots on rubber, scratches throughout, steel hubs had some chips in them, I reached out to customer service stating this and assumed they may have sent me a set of scratch and dent by mistake, but customer service assured me these were brand new and after over a week of going back and forth (their email correspondence is terribly slow), they offered a 10% partial refund as a resolution and refused to swap them out for another pair.”
