“Update: Titan sent me new replacements. These new plates are solid without any damage. Also, kudos to Titan that they didn't require me to send back the warped ones - smart decision, as they won't be useful for them, and would just create an unnecessary hassle for me. Great customer service. My original review below. ==== The pair of 25-lb plates came already warped. Titan offered a price discount for me to keep them as is, but I refused, as the warping seems quite severe. I'm still waiting for Titan to send replacements, or otherwise resolve the problem. Will update when this is resolved.”

“I ordered about $900 worth of elite bumpers, colored and classic. Each one of them came with blemishes ranging from acceptable to damaged. I had two with rust in the stainless steel bolts, two with a small layer shaved off of them and one with a chunk out of it. Everything else was something small like smearing of the lettering or scuff marks. I absolutely had to return the 25lb colored bumper with a chunk out of it. I found rust in the other bumper the next day. Instead of immediately replacing it, TITAN offered a 5% off coupon for a NON-sale item and a 5% refund after I rejected their first "offer" It wasn't until I filed a complaint with PayPal that they shipped out a new pair of 25lb plates. When they showed, one was damaged worse than the first one. Quality control is totally lacking and there's a big gap between what TITAN promises and what they ship out. My advice is to pay with PayPal. And hold them accountable for bad products. The plates themselves are sturdy and virtually indestructible -- if you're lucky to get a quality one.”
