“Change plates do what they are designed to do i use them on my loadable inch dumbell makes steady gains using small weight increases . Good durable plate. “I love these 1.25 lb micro plates! They are rubber, so they won't damage your floor. And they are a little bigger than other tiny metal 1.25 lb plates, which makes them easier to hold in your hand. They are just perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. And they are offered at a great, fair price. Highly recommended.”
