“I bought them to use as spacers on my squat max - but also work perfectly as fractional plates. These should be placed inside the collar - they’re not tight enough to be outside on explosive movements”

“Plates came in and looked great. The colors were bright and vibrant. My only complaint is that at first the 0.25 lb plates were hard to get on and off of my bar. After some use though they slide on and off pretty easy.”
