The Grip Plates are offered in pairs of 2.5 LB, 5 LB, 10 LB, and 25 LB increments and are sold individually in 35 LB, 45 LB, and 55- LB. Additionally, we offer a full set of 245 LB. Each plate is made from Cast Iron and provides a durable rubber coating that prevents the weight from chipping and rusting. Each plate is designed with a 50.6mm center hole and features contoured grip handles to provide a secure grip when carrying or loading them onto your Olympic size barbell.

“The rubber plates are really nice for early basement workouts to reduce noise. The opposing grips are really hard to find. A lot of the opposing grip plates on the market are angled. Not only are these opposing grips ergonomic but the heavier plates have four grips to choose from when loading. Nice design Titan. I don’t get to excited about plates but I would have given these a 5 star review but a lot of the plates came scratched up. This was more of an annoyance. I would recommend these plates for anyone wanting an easy grip rubber plate.”

“We replaced all of our cast iron plates with the Titan Fitness grip plates. We wanted to have a rubber coated plate with handles so that we could use the plates themselves individually for various exercises. We didn't want the larger size bumper plates because we could not fit them all in a vertical configuration on our Titan Fitness T-2 rack. One recommendation is to wash these plates with a light soap and water when you get them. Car wash soap works well. They are shipped in plastic with a very light protective layer of "oil" to preserve and protect the rubber during shipping. Once you wash them the "rubber" smell goes away.”

“These are the best, most affordable plates out there! So much easier to handle than regular plates. I wish I could swap out all of my standard olympic plates for this type. I try to catch them when they are on sale. Everything I have purchased from Titan is top quality! And shipping is always included. You can’t beat that!”
