The Grip Plates are offered in pairs of 2.5 LB, 5 LB, 10 LB, and 25 LB increments and are sold individually in 35 LB, 45 LB, and 55- LB. Additionally, we offer a full set of 245 LB. Each plate is made from Cast Iron and provides a durable rubber coating that prevents the weight from chipping and rusting. Each plate is designed with a 50.6mm center hole and features contoured grip handles to provide a secure grip when carrying or loading them onto your Olympic size barbell.

“I have been looking for a larger Olympic weight plate with opposing grips (hard to find this feature just anywhere) that I can use for high intensity training. Titan had exactly what I was looking for with this 55-pound rubber-coated plate. It can be used for any number of exercises where it doesn't simply hang on a bar.”
