The Angled Multi-Grip Barbell is constructed for the highest-level performance offering an enhanced frame with eight uniquely angled, two-way neutral grip bars. Built to reduce stress on the wrists and shoulders, this bar makes curls, rows, and presses much more manageable and will expand your workouts. It features four knurled textured grip sets angled 30-degrees and spaced roughly 2.5" apart. The closer grips focus on the triceps, while the wider grips target the pectoral muscles. Each grip includes a single knurl mark to help keep a center hold on the bar. The innovative design is crafted to hold a weight capacity of up to 1,000 LB and is compatible with most standard power racks and Olympic plates.
IMPROVED VERSION 3: Our updated Angled Multi-Grip Barbell now features a new frame width to allow for easy racking and knurl marks to help keep a center hold on the bar.

Excellent quality. I use it for all types of movements because both of my shoulders are old and injured so the neutral grip is extremely important to me. I base my weightlifting on real-life fighting scenarios. A strong BB bench press does you no good in a fight but in tight T-Rex strength is huge (Think fighting for underhooks). HOWEVER, none of our standard Olympic bar collars worked on the Multi-Grip Bar. We had to purchase collars that could be adjusted and those worked perfectly.

Nice bar, good knurling and grip options, but it's frustrating that the collars are not standard diameter. Neither set of my clips would work

Great value. Feels solid. Able to mix up my chest routine now. Grip widths are perfect for me.

I like this but take note Titan this uses a smaller diameter pipe requiring 48mm collars. Had to buy these separately (found quality ones from another source) as normal spring clips don’t work. Due to the smaller size pipe the weights wobble a LOT without tight clamp style collars. The balance of this type of bar also takes some getting used to when benching.

Only had the Multi Grip V3 for a month but the quality is great for the price. Time will tell on durability.

The bar is great but my only issue is that the sleeves are slightly undersized and some clamp won't be tight on the bar. Proloc clamp's do work.
