The Multi-Grip Barbell is constructed for the highest-level performance offering an enhanced frame with three various grip sets. Built to reduce stress on the wrists and shoulders, this bar makes curls, rows, and presses much more manageable and will expand your workouts. It features knurled textured grips with a single knurl mark to help keep a center hold on the bar. One set is angled 30-degrees and spaced 10" apart, and two sets of neutral grips are spaced 20" and 29" apart. Go from narrow to wide to hit different muscle groups, and enjoy the comfort of lifting with an angled neutral grip while reducing stress on your shoulders and wrists. The innovative design is crafted to hold a weight capacity of up to 1,000 LB and is compatible with most standard power racks and Olympic plates.
IMPROVED VERSION 3: Our updated Multi-Grip Barbell now features a new frame width to allow for easy racking and knurl marks to help keep a center hold on the bar.

“I love this for a chest variant. 20 reps as fast as you can each grip and the pump is unreal. I am extremely disappointed that normal collars do not work on this bar (tried multiple). That’s the only reason not 5 stars”

“Its a good bar but its a pain in the ass that the weight sleeves are smaller than every other standard Olympic bar. You cant use regular clips on it because of this but that's the only issue.”
