55 LB Single Economy Bumper Plate Reviews

4.4 Rating 11 Reviews

The Economy Series Bumper Plates are sized to international Weightlifting Federation (IWF) standards. They are available in pairs of 10, 15, and 25 LB, sold individually in 35, 45, 55, and 100 LB, and offered as a complete 230 LB set. Crafted with durable steel cores enclosed in a stylish black gloss rubber coating, they’re made to withstand vigorous workouts and maintain their shape over time. These Olympic weight plates fit all standard 2” barbells and look great in any home gym. Plus, the chamfer edges make them easy to handle when adjusting your weights on your barbell and allow for a wide variety of additional free plate exercises, including weighted sit-ups, bent-over rows, squats, lunges, and presses.

“At first I was very impressed, then upon inspection the weights were shaved and peeling right out of the box. For two weeks I have been emailing for assistance and they keep saying they need more photos or more time to review the photos I already sent. Still no response and just delays.”

“I only wish I had my initial purchase of these plates when setting up my garage gym. No smell. Perfect lettering. Quality!”

“If you are in the market to purchase some good quality weight plates but don't need the most expensive plates, then look no further. These plates are far superior to the economy weight plates that one can find at "R" in Ohio. For those who know whom I'm talking about will agree. Yes they have quality stuff but at a price! Besides you get more reps with a cheaper pair of weights and better quality.”
