“This is the first time I have seen a dumbbell like this. The size makes it perfect for experimenting with different lifts like one arm snatches without having to balance a full barbell. Also the length is great for trying to use many smaller weights and fractional plates to see how the weight distribution will effect the lifts. Really cool workout tool”
