“The bar came super super squeaky. Other than that it has super super aggressive knurling and holds up well to any weight I put on it. The Knut king is absolutely destroying my titan j cups though so I wish those were a bit stronger but it’s serving it’s purpose. The sleeves don’t spin at all smoothly. They almost don’t spin any amount actually.”

“This bar gets the job done. It's rather squeaky when doing cleans or any other exercise where the weights/bar might rotate. Surprisingly squeaky. It's still very new, so maybe this will stop as it is used more. For the price though, it's a solid bar and the squeak really isn't that bad, just noticeable.”

“For the prices is a very poor quality bar. The grip is very aggressive. Almost too aggressive. the bushings feel almost like plastic and there's a lot of playing in them. I would not buy this bar again. I've purchased other products from the company, so I'm very surprised that this is of such poor quality.”
