“This curl bar is perfect. It is 20 pounds, whereas most cheaper curl bars sold elsewhere are 15 lbs -- it might seem like not much of a difference but you can really feel it in your hands. This bar is thicker than those others, which feels great. It is well-made, has a good knurled grip, and does the job.”
