“I’ve got shoulder injuries from my time in the Marines, so getting a straight bar on my back isn’t always an option. This safety squat bar has been a game changer. The padding is comfortable, the camber keeps the weight balanced, and I can squat hard without beating up my shoulders or wrists. It’s become the centerpiece of my leg training. We’ve been using it for heavy work, high-volume GVT, and cluster sets, and it’s held up perfectly. The build quality is solid, the knurling is good, and it feels every bit as sturdy as commercial gym equipment. If you’ve got shoulder mobility issues, old injuries, or just want a more comfortable way to squat heavy, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. Easily one of the best pieces of equipment I’ve added to my home gym. 5 out of 5.”

“The Safety Squat Bar has been a great addition to progamming for clients with shoulder mobility issues and or other upper extremity impairments (post shoulder surgery, hemi-paresis). The padding is comfortable and well balanced.”

“I love the Titan bar. The shoulder/arm pad and supports are very comfortable. The bar feels well balanced and it puts me in the proper squat alignment. It also helps relieve some of the load from my lower back and shoulders. I would give the bar five stars but one of the sleeves had visible debris and pitting in the chrome coating. This was heard and felt when sliding weight plates on/off the bar. It was a minor issue but I was concerned that the chrome coating would start flaking off with use down the road. In addition, it would also damage the weight plate center hole contact surface. That said, the Titan Fitness Team quickly responded to my warranty claim. I only requested a replacement sleeve but they sent me a new bar for free, instead The replacement bar is great, no issues. I'm very happy!”
