How easy is it to assemble the product?

“I started my home gym with less expensive rubber bumper plates and they served me for awhile, but even after a year they still smelled bad making workouts less fun. Also, I found typical rubber bumpers to be hard to pick up if laying flat on the floor and are really very wide on the bar. I hesitated getting these urethane plates because they are so much more money, however they address all the problems mentioned above. I’ve used them for the big three powerlifts and some Olympic movements and they are great. Gone is the smell and moving them around is so much easier. The latter is more important than I thought since my gym space is tight and putting plates on a bar especially when sweaty often led to dropped plates. The lip and grip on these solved that problem and since they interlock on the bar, you can keep weights close to the hub and the bar feels less off balance. Super happy w these, should have listed to the “buy once cry once” adage from the start.”

“The 340 LB Set EZ-Grip Elite Urethane Color Plates are a good alternative to traditional Bumper Plates. That said, we don't drop our weights. Our Gym philosophy has always been, "If You Can't Put It Down, Don't Pick It Up". We highly reccomend the EZ-Grip Elite Urethane Color Plates, they take up less space on a barbell, have no oder, the tolerance is very good, easy to grip, and they look great!”
