“I purchased this item in good faith, as I have done in the past with scratch and dent units. Occasionally, I have had to separately purchase missing hardware items such as assembly bolts, washers, nuts, etc. On this occasion, however, it was missing a vital assembly bracket. Without it, the item was completely non-functional. Titan informed me that the part was unavailable, and offered me a full refund. I asked for a compromise but they refused to sell me a new item at a discount. When they say these may be missing hardware, it could also include other pieces essential to the operation of the unit.”
