“This was one of the best weight purchases I have bought, all dumbbells are in great condition and did not see any real flaws for being a “scratch and dent” purchase. I assume it was related to the 1500+ lbs of weight causing damage to the actual pallet for being scratch and dent. Free ltl shipping arrived within a week and a half. I am happy with the purchase”
