“Received in a timely manner however the box was a mess as in falling apart. As it was a Christmas gift it was taped up and wrapped up 4 XMAS. Once opened it became obvious that it was packed terribly. The one side was bent and the one reflector broken. Who ever ran the strapping line did so before assembly of reflector was done because the straps are under the reflectors and you can't even pull them thru. To be honest I expected better.”

“Very questionable QUALITY product! Frame is not square, in that one long side panel is not level with opposite side, part of ramp upright holding assembly is missing a drilled hole, handle missing paint coverage, and the tongue assemble that goes into the automobile is undersized causing the ramp to lean heavily requiring shim inserts, which could create a safety hazard in use.”

“This hitch mounted carrier is perfect for taking my mobility chair out and about. The loading ramp folds out longer than most carriers, which makes loading the chair so much easier. I love the fact that the carrier can fold up when not in use. My suggestion is to assemble the carrier at the vehicle so you can adjust it as you put it together. Easy to assemble, but probably need at least 2 people. I absolutely would buy this again, and the price is better than anything else available.”
