“The instructions were printed way past a needed ink change therefore the pictures aren't clear so I built most on my own. The wrenches needed are not what the instructions say. I used 1/2", 17mm and a Cresent wrench. Cheap tube was used to fit the carrier into the vehicle hitch therefore it is very loose. They give an adjustment bracket for the hitch that wouldn't be needed with quality tube. No hitch pin given but instructions say there should be one. Reflectors already installed so that's a plus.”

“The design seems to be good. The price was good. The material it’s made from is lighter duty than I personally like. I would gladly pay more for thicker material . The ramp pin and hole in ramp did not line up. I had to enlarge the whole to get it in.”

“The ramp works great, the hardest part was using the directions, your tool list is not accurate, your assembly instructions are very poor, had to do some interpretation. Should not have taken as long as it did if you would rewrite your instructions.”

“Will not be using until next month, but I will save email and comment later. BTW there was very slight damage from the box apparently being dropped and breaking one strand on floorboard grill. Nothing hazardous or vital.”
