“Never received what I ordered, The wrong address was given when ordering but I called and updated this a few minutes after purchase. I received email confirmation from VFM that the address had been changed to 108 cardigan the correct address and it still was sent to the wrong place. Once it arrived I called again to sort out delivery and got a confirmation email again saying that it would be resent to the correct address and still nothing.”

“I'm using this EVA foam for my Sylvanas Windrunner cosplay and I LOVE it! It's so reasonably priced and the factory was easy to get to. Staff there are super helpful and even gave me some scrap pieces to use in my costume making process. I've recommended these guys to my cosplay friends :)”
