“Sorry guys, the product is good, but customer service and delivery is very bad. I bought 2 of the above items on 2 different occasions. The first was delivered in a tattered and torn plastic satchel...mind you the item cost was nearly $200. I emailed VFM prior to ordering my second purchase to request a cardboard box to be used rather than the flimsy satchel. Nope, no response from VFM and the second parcel came in a torn and tattered satchel. Two out of 2. Very disappointing VFM group.”
