“Very disappointed. Poor build quality, very roughly made. They don't slide smoothly and when they were installed they catch and the mechanism won't release at the end of the travel. They were useless when fitted and are actually worse than the faulty ones I was replacing. I have had to buy some decent ones from Penn Elcom which are in a different league. I totally wasted my money on these and it has put me off buying anything from Titan. I am actually in the market for a 10U rack case and was considering Titan but not any more. Unfortunately I am on holiday in UK and didn't have tine to send a complaint before I left. In my opinion these are not fit for purpose. Not a good experience”

Hi John, thanks for your review! We appreciate your feedback. Just a heads up, our ratchet stays work best when greased before use, but we avoid shipping them with grease to prevent any mess.
