“I was really looking foward to using these for an event, an even though the cost of delivery was 3 times the priace of the socks, I still decided to go with them. Unfortunatley I never recieved the socks in the mail as I wasn't home. No message or card was left and now it has been returned back to sender. I have been told that I have to pay for delivery again if I want them. Usually I don't have an issue with Titan AV but this has been a total waste of money.”

Hi Mark, thanks for your feedback. Tracking gets emailed through as soon as an order leaves us, and from there it’s up to the receiver to keep an eye on it and set up a redelivery if needed. Because the courier charges for both the delivery and the return, we’re not able to cover those costs. We can either resend your order for the flat rate shipping fee or sort out a refund with shipping taken out, whatever works best for you. Just let us know how you’d like to go and we’ll get it sorted.
