This is a very good compression top. I originally purchased XS (because my chest size is 32) but I had to return it because it was very tight at the underbust region. So anyone is purchasing this, I would recommend going by underbust sizing than the chest sizing. The Size S fits perfectly and gave the me the amount of compression that I expected. I was able to wear this all day. I didn’t really like the extra band, so I just fold that in. This really helps with my gender dysphoria. Also, their material is OEKO-TEX certified is an extra plus because people with sensitive skin or have skin allergies can wear this.
With the compression top - My chest size: between 30-30.5in
So you can see it’s only about 1.5-2 inch of compression, so don’t expect it to be like 3-5 inch of compression as this is not a chest binder. Also, before purchasing I have read many many reviews from Amazon, Google, and Reddit saying that they don’t see much of a difference if your bra cup is beyond a B cup so something to keep in mind before purchasing.
Overall, I would definitely purchase this adjustable strap version over the original compression.”
