“I was ordering some Cutlery through the online site and after paying i realised i'd order the wrong item. I gave the contact number a quick call, and a lovely gentleman (i think his name was Tom, i forget) was able to switch my order to the item i wanted and refund me the extra money, as what i had ordered was ten or so dollars more expensive then what i was after.
