I'm 6'3, 93kgs with an athletic build. I bought a large and it fits both my shoulders and my waist perfectly. Packs up quite small into it's own pocket. I'll probably even use it as a pillow on the plane.
I've taken this out camping in the Blue Mountains and it has been extremely warm through an 11 degree night.
