“Absolutely stoked! I have purchased three Loop Q rod and reel set ups from Tom's outdoors, all 9ft; #6, #8 and #10. All have performed very well, they are tough and have taken a beating in my car, my kayak, in the surf, rocky headlands, rivers to lakes and offshore. On them I have caught a range of species such as trout, bream, bass, trevally, saratoga, sooty grunter, mangrove jack, tuna and many more (also many more to come).
Next to the good price, the warranty for these rods is unreal; even if you do manage to break them, the parts are easily replaced and the team at Tom's outdoors has always gone above and beyond with their service to make sure I can get back on the water quickly.
I am planning on purchasing more models for the various specialty techniques and species! I would be crazy not to.
