“I’ve used the SnowPeak large fire pit for a number of years and enjoyed many campfire dinners away on adventures or lazy charcoal bbq in the backyard. However, it is really too small to keep a family of 3 plus dog warm in the colder months and this is where the XL fire pit comes in. Same awesome build quality and ease of setup/pack-up as the smaller versions, but significantly more radiant heat from a much larger fire. After Tom’s Outdoors did the comparison fire pit video, I jumped on-board the SnowPeak train again and we’ve already used the XL version to great effect.”
