“The delivery process was so bad. I gave my address to the agent and asked the delivery time. He said the next day. It came after 4 days. I called and talked to that agent he said “ I don’t know when it is coming. The system says it has been delayed. “ he suggest the cancellation of order. I have 3 students and all the have online classes with bunch of print jobs every day. It was a bad experience when they never say the truth and cheat their customer. I would never order and recommend every body to do so. That’s not all! When the toner came it was old and refilled while he said “ it’s brand new”. I don’t really care about that as long as it works, but again they lie and cheat☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️”
