“The compatible cartridge that ordered is evidently not an exact duplicate of the ‘genuine’ cartridges. When I put it in my machine, it refused to work correctly and had to be inserted, removed and reinserted several times before it would allow the machine to function. Not sure if it will continue to work properly but am hoping it will. Your service as always is exceptional... just this one issue with the compatible cartridge.”
