Tech Note 1: Shift Lever Pieces1992-1993 Dodge and 1992-1994 GM NV4500 transmissions were built with a three piece twist lock shift lever retainer that included QU10159 rounded top twist lock cap, a sliding spring seat, and QU50500 single diameter spring. 1994-1997 Dodge NV4500 transmissions use QU10148 Twist Lock Retainer and QU10149 Pressure Spring which can be used to replace the original 3-piece retainer.
