Tech Note 2: UpgradeUp to 1994, Dana used QU40101 one piece thrust washer which often wears against the end of the spindle. If you have one piece thrust washers in your 1990-1994 axle, replace them with QU20093 3 piece set to reduce or eliminate spindle end wear.
