QK2175 4 Piece Input Shaft Snap Rink Kit QU10891 0.091” Thick Selective Input Shaft Snap Ring for New Process NP205 Direct Mount Gear Drive Transfer Cases with Large Diameter Input Shafts Selective input shaft Snap Rings are used to secure large bore input ball bearings to Chevy/GMC 32 spline, Dodge 29 spline, and Ford 31 spline NP205 Transfer Case input shafts. To minimize input shaft end-play, the thickest Snap Ring that will naturally fit in the input shaft snap ring groove and against the installed input bearing is desired. New Process offered four Snap Ring widths (0.088" QU10599, 0.091" QU10891, 0.094" QU10893, 0.097" QU10892) for the big input versions of the NP205. Also used on GM 246 Transfer Cases. USA Made.

Tech Note 3: Input Ball Bearing In most cases, the input ball bearing can be pushed into place on an NP205 input shaft. Before assembling the input shaft into the transfer case, temporarily install the bearing on the shaft and measure the exposed groove thickness.
